    We primarily service homeowner associations (HOAs) and residential communities, including townhomes, condos, and planned developments. If you’re unsure whether your community qualifies, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to discuss your specific needs.

  • What is your pricing structure?

    We offer a monthly rate for continuous services like janitorial and maintenance, with add-on pricing for unplanned repairs or additional services. Continuous services are billed at the beginning of each month, while unplanned services are invoiced at the beginning of the following month.

  • How do I schedule services?

    Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager for personalized service. You’ll have direct access to your account manager’s phone number and email, making it easy to schedule services, ask questions, or request updates anytime.

  • Do you offer one-time services or only ongoing contracts?

    Ongoing contracts are our most common option, but we also take on one-time projects for certain communities. Our contracts are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.

  • Can you handle emergency repairs?

    We handle minor emergency repairs and safeguard urgent situations, such as stopping a water source or securing the area with signs and caution tape. For issues beyond our scope, we can recommend trusted professionals for further repairs.

  • How quickly can you respond to service requests?

    Response times depend on the type of service, but we aim to address urgent requests within 24 hours. Routine maintenance is typically scheduled in advance to fit your community’s needs.
